"I’ve tried multiple times to update my personal article policy with new Jewlery and keep getting the run around. I have been trying to update the policy for over 2 weeks in order to make sure my Jewlery is covered over seas and the time for the trip has now come and I have no insurance. In addition to not having insurance I was working with two separate employees at this location that told me they would follow up and they never did. Guess I’m going on vacation with none of my jewelry :("
